If product inspection confirms that the Hitchfire product is defective in material or workmanship, then Hitchfire will provide free replacement of parts or exchange of a new grill. Any transport charges will be for the account of the consignee. Always retain your proof of purchase.

This warranty is void if:

The product is explicitly or implicitly modified, tampered with, altered, or repaired in any way by persons other than authorized representatives of Hitchfire.
The product has been damaged through misuse, negligence, accident, or natural calamities.
The product has not been cleaned after each use.
