Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in its original packaging and condition. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the invoice date. If 30 days have passed from the invoice date, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To return a product, please email us at info@RuggedOutlander.com in order to proceed. You (the buyer) will be responsible for paying shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
*Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds:
If you have not received a refund yet, first check with your bank/credit card. Please allow a few days before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If after 5 business days you have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@RuggedOutlander.com
items marked as sale items are considered to be final sales, and are not refundable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@RuggedOutlander.com
Defective/ Damaged products:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos of the packaging along with the item to info@RuggedOutlander.com along with your order information and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
- Must be able to provide digital proof of defect/damage upon receiving the product.
- Returns will not be refunded if damages result from wear and tear, accidents, misuse, tampering.
- Must be able to provide proof of purchase.
