Shipping Policy

FREE Shipping:
We offer free shipping for most orders of $200 and above.

*Some items may be subject to extra shipping costs due to the products weight and size. 
Where do we ship?
Currently, we only ship within the 48 contiguous states. Please check back in the future as these may change.
Order Confirmation:

When you place an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order and is in queue to be processed. Please note, that your credit card will not be charged until we have confirmed availability and shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you via email or phone to address the situation. However, if your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment within 5 days.

Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we have processed the charges to your credit card, it will usually ship within five business days from the date of your order. Some orders shipped direct from the manufacturer may be delayed in their shipping process. Please allow up to 14 days in some instances. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at

Shipping Method:
For most orders, we ship using FEDEX, UPS, and USPS. However, for oversized or overweight items, we ship using a separate freight company.
