Our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty DOES NOT cover the following things of which are excluded from our workmanship warranty, including but not limited to: damage from normal wear and tear, damage from customer modification and/or tampering, misuse, or abuse.

Email an explanation of the issue as well as detailed pictures to sales@overlandgearguy.com You will receive a response within one business day. If the claim is deemed a workmanship manufacturing defect, you'll receive a Return Authorization Number with further instructions. Please note that the purchaser is responsible fees associated with for getting the product back to us.
