The Tacoma Xtra Cabrac is a modular, adjustable, and completely bolt together roof rack for 1995-2004 Toyota Tacoma in the extra cab configuration. The rack consists of 2 laser cut side rails constructed of 3/16″ 5052 aluminum plate. These rails have 3 mounting platforms each that will allow you to bolt the rack into 10 rivet nut plus nuts that you will install. The 5 plus nuts on each side of the roof provide a secure mounting system for the rack. This rack will require you to drill 5 holes in each side of the rooftop. The crossbars are made from an aluminum extrusion that has a top facing T-slot channel. This offers numerous solutions for tie-down options, cargo security, and the addition of accessories such as tool mounts or lighting.
All product will come in black. All assembly hardware is provided. The rack also includes a 1/8″ 5052 aluminum plate wind deflector to help with aerodynamics and prevent wind noise.
The rack is completely modular in that you choose how your rack is configured. Refer to the gallery for an example of standard configurations we have used based on different load sizes and weights. You can also choose the number of crossbars you assemble your rack with. The rack comes standard with 5 cross bars for cargo and 2 additional for mounting of a wind deflector, lightbar or combination of the two.
Weight capacity of the racks varies based on the number of crossbars used and their configuration. We expect all consumers to use good judgment and common sense with the loads they plan to carry using these rack systems.

Warranty
CBI OFFROAD FAB will warranty all CBI OFFROAD FAB manufactured parts for a Limited LIFETIME of use. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is effective for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product. This warranty terminates when the original retail purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product to any other person. Each manufactured product must be installed following CBI OFFROAD FAB’S recommended fitment and installation procedures. Any customization or modification to the original product design, functionality, or use, either by said customer or by CBI.
Proper documentation of faulty product is required in order to be considered for Warranties/Returns/Exchanges and is up to the sole discretion of CBI Offroad/Prinsu if it qualifies.
We currently do not extend any Warranty coverage or claims outside of the United States.
OFFROAD FAB voids all warranty eligibility. It is the sole discretion of CBI Offroad to determine warranty eligibility.
Subject to the limitations and exclusions described in this warranty, CBI OFFROAD FAB will remedy defects in materials or workmanship by repairing or replacing, at its option, a defective product without charge for parts or labor. In addition, CBI OFFROAD FAB may elect, at its option, not to repair or replace a defective product but rather issue to a purchaser a refund equal to the purchase price paid for the product or a credit to be used toward the purchase of a new CBI OFFROAD FAB product.
No warranty is given on CBI Offroad Fab manufactured product for defects caused by normal wear and tear, cosmetic rust, scratches, accidents, unlawful vehicle operation, products used for racing or competition, or that have been modified or repaired in any way.
The CBI OFFROAD FAB Warranty does not include the powder coated finish.
No warranty is given for defects resulting from conditions beyond Rugged Outlander (Gria Enterprises) & CBI OFFROAD FAB’S control including, but not limited to, misuse, neglect, overloading, improperly maintained or failure to assemble, mount or use the product in accordance with CBI OFFROAD FAB’S written instructions or guidelines included with the product or implied use made available to the purchaser.
